Shipping policy
1. Does the item come with free shipping?
We offer free shipping on orders over SGD 50.00. Shipping costs for order under SGD 50.00 are SGD 4.00.
2. How to check the status of my package?
You can locate your tracking number on your shipping confirmation email.
3. How long does delivery usually take?
We process orders within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Please allow 1-3 business days for products to be shipped out. Delivery time may vary on your location.
Note: We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.
4. What countries do you ship to?
Currently we only ship orders that are in Singapore. We will open to more regions soon.
5. I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
If all items are purchased on the same day, we try our best to make sure they are all delivered at the same time. Products that are purchased on different days have a lower likelihood of being delivered together.
6. Can I change my delivery address after the product has already been shipped?
Unfortunately, we cannot change shipment information once the product is en-route.
7. What do I need to do when I received a product that’s different from what I ordered?
If you have received the wrong product, please send us an email to support.sg@hiccpet.com with the following:
(a) Order ID;
(b) Photo of the incorrect product;
(c) The name of the products you are missing; and
(d) The name of the products you did receive.
8. I didn’t receive all the products I ordered. What should I do?
If you did not receive all the products in your order, please email us immediately at support.sg@hiccpet.com with the following details:
(a) Order ID;
(b) The name of the products you are missing; and
(c) The name of the products you did receive.
